This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use ProjectMink ("the App"), which uses the Zoom Meeting SDK as a meeting bot and records meeting audio and video.
Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree with our Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.

When you use ProjectMink, we may collect the following types of information:
(a) Account and Profile Information
- Zoom User ID
- Zoom display name, email address, and profile picture, as authorized via Zoom's authorization process
(b) Meeting Information
- Meeting IDs, topic, time, participants, and other meeting metadata as required for app functionality
(c) Meeting Content
- Audio and video recordings of meetings in which the bot is present (subject to your consent and Zoom's notification protocols)
- Optionally, captions/transcripts or chat logs if enabled in your account/app settings
(d) Usage Data
- Information about your interactions with the App, such as feature usage, error logs, and analytics

We use collected information for the following purposes:
- To operate, provide, and improve the App's recording and meeting management features
- To store and process meeting audio and video as requested by users
- To authenticate your identity and manage user sessions
- To support and improve the App's functionality

3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personally identifiable information to third parties. We may share information with:

- Zoom Video Communications, Inc. as required for integration and compliance
- Law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required to do so by law or to protect our legal rights
ProjectMink will never share your audio/video recordings with third parties except as required to provide the service or by law.
4. Storage and Security
We store meeting recordings using secure, industry-standard methods. Access to audio/video content is restricted to authorized users and personnel. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, but we implement reasonable safeguards to protect your data.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information and recordings only as long as necessary to provide the App's services, fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, and comply with applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion of your recordings and information at any time by contacting us at info@ekbana.com.
6. User Consent, Notification, and Responsibilities
- By using ProjectMink, you consent to the recording and storage of your meeting's audio and video content as described.
- You are responsible for informing all meeting participants that recording is taking place and for obtaining any required consents under applicable law (Zoom generally displays a recording indicator, but local laws may require you to make an explicit announcement).
- If you do not consent to the recording of your meeting, do not use ProjectMink.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, update, or delete your data (including recordings). To exercise these rights, contact info@ekbana.com.
8. Children's Privacy
ProjectMink is not intended for use by children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy in the App or on our website. Continued use of ProjectMink constitutes acceptance of any changes.
