1. Use of the App

• You must use ProjectMink in compliance with these Terms, Zoom's Terms of Service, and all applicable laws and regulations.
• You must not misuse the App, transmit viruses, or attempt unauthorized access.

2. User Account and Consent

• ProjectMink requires connection to your Zoom account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• By using ProjectMink, you explicitly consent to the recording and storage of your meetings' audio and video.
• You are solely responsible for informing all meeting participants that recording will take place, and for obtaining any required consents under the laws applicable to you.

3. Recordings and Content

• Meeting recordings and related content are stored securely and are accessible only to authorized users of your account and E.K. Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as needed to provide the service.
• Do not use ProjectMink to record or store content unless all necessary permissions and legal requirements are met.
• Recordings may be deleted by you at any time via the App or upon request.

4. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights in ProjectMink are owned by E.K. Solutions Pvt. Ltd. or our licensors.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App as described in these Terms.

5. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works from ProjectMink,
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code,
• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose,
• Use the App to record meetings without participant notice or in violation of law.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to ProjectMink if you violate these Terms, Zoom's policies, or applicable law.

7. Disclaimers

ProjectMink is provided "as is" and we make no warranties about its fitness for any particular purpose or availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, E.K. Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to any claims related to recording, storage, or disclosure of meeting content.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of ProjectMink after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
